* Order Locator helps you find all your company's orders quickly by using something we call a "Distributor ID." Your Distributor ID is the combination of the last 4 digits of your phone number and the last 4 digits of your fax number, separated by a hyphen.
Example: if your telephone number is (415) 256-1200 and your fax number is (415) 256-1199, then your distributor ID is: 1200-1199
Regarding confidentiality: There is never anything displayed in an online status report in Order Locator that discloses information about an end-user, the products purchased, sales amounts, order details, etc. The displayed information about any order is always limited to the information describing any order's location or current status. Links to shipment tracking disclose no more information than what is displayed on that carrier's public web site.
